Benjamin Griscti
Partner - Tax and Corporate Services
Benjamin is a seasoned Certified Public Accountant with over a decade of experience, including working in the tax and accounting function of a Big Four accounting firm. In addition, he plays an active role in the Malta Institute of Accountants, having served and is still serving on various committees.
Massimo Borg
Partner - Accounting and Business Support Services
With over 18 years of expertise in accounting, payroll, and taxation, Massimo works closely alongside a diverse range of clients. His daily commitment is to simplify complex financial concepts and enable our clients to better understand the financial intricacies of their businesses.
Nathan Caruana
Partner - Audit and Assurance Services
Nathan, is a certified public accountant who has been involved in accounting and audit engagements for over 13 years. He possesses an abundance of experience in business advisory, having assisted numerous clients in starting up and growing their businesses.
Samuel Amato
Director - Accounting and Business Support Services
Sam is an ACCA qualified accountant with over 8 years of experience. He’s passionate about numbers, excels in accounting solutions, VAT compliance, valuations, and advisory matters. He’s a member of ACCA and the Malta Institute of Accountants.
Ryan Bugeja
Director - Audit and Assurance Services
Ryan Bugeja joined NCMB in 2020 and has since become a Director of the firm. He completed his ACCA qualification successfully in December 2018. Ryan is a professional accountant, holding a Practising Certificate in Auditing, and is also a member of the Malta Institute of Accountants (MIA).
Kursten Bugeja
Manager - Audit and Assurance Services
Kursten, a Certified Public Accountant with a Practicing Certificate in Auditing, joined NCMB in 2021. He obtained his ACCA qualification in the same year and has extensive audit experience across various sectors, including financial services, construction, real estate, manufacturing, retail, and funds. As an audit manager, he oversees audits for a diverse portfolio of national and international clients.
Jean Paul Apap Dougall
Senior Manager - Tax & Corporate Services
Jean Paul specialises in Tax and Corporate matters. Prior to joining NCMB, he worked for 12 years at the Commissioner for Revenue, handling various roles such as Individual Tax Programmes, tax legislations, corporate income tax, and international tax compliance. He also represented Malta in international forums like the EU council and OECD. Jean Paul is a certified public accountant with an ACCA qualification and holds an MSc in Financial Management
